It was founded in Caracas in December 1994, as a Division of "Importadora Cordi, C.A." parent company that was established in November 1977, and currently dedicated to the import, sale, installation and service of Telecom Equipment, Radiocommunications, Broadcast AM/FM/TV Equipment, spare parts and equipment for Uplink-Downlink Satcom Microwave.
