This policy explains how the owner of this site, trading as ETPRO Group, processes the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What we collect and why
Through the contact form we collect name, email, phone and your message. The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a quote.
Legal basis
The consent you give by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in handling commercial enquiries.
Retention
We keep the data for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods. If no contract follows, data is deleted after twelve months.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. Email is hosted by our hosting provider within the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to etpro@etprogroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Visit measurement
This site counts its visits with Umami, the analytics of edeck.me, the platform it is built with and that hosts it, with no cookies and, unless you accept analytics, nothing stored on your device. Your IP address and browser are used on the spot to work out your approximate country, region and city and a visitor code that changes every month; the IP address is not stored and that code does not reveal who you are or follow you to other websites. The pages you view, the referring page, the campaign parameters of the address, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language are recorded to produce usage statistics for the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used; you can object by writing to us. Statistics are kept for a maximum of 25 months.
If you accept analytics cookies, a random code is also stored in your browser for 13 months and sent to Umami with each visit, to know if you come back and see your visits as those of the same person. It does not contain your name or email. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the «Cookies» button; when you withdraw it, the code is deleted. With the same permission, the site also measures visits with Google Analytics (Google), which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Third-party resources
What this site loads from other servers when you visit it, who provides it and with what safeguards:
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the forms against automated submissions. It is only loaded when you enter one of a form's fields; Google then receives your IP address and data about your browser and how you use the page, stores data in your browser (see the cookie policy) and returns a score to us to accept or reject the submission, which we do not store. Google (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, with Google LLC) processes this data only on our behalf, as a processor. Without it the form cannot be sent; if you prefer not to use it or your submission is rejected, email us. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object by writing to us.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited), and the services Tag Manager loads: only if you accept the corresponding cookies; the cookie policy explains it.
Google LLC may process this data in the US, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
